I have always had deep respect for Buhari's administration, especially his quality of fighting against corruption. It is not surprise that the Nigerian Government has lounched 'A SEASON OF BLOWING' and since the corrupt officials are strikingly large and some were marked. Thanks to a big chance, now we have the legal right to ask the corrupt peoples 'WHO IS YOUR DADDY?'
Whistle-blowing is an essential design that promotes transparancy and protect the Government. I recommended it as 'complete dedication' if there is a clear communication which is the key building because, without it, fraud, misconduct and failure may easily control and dominate the Government. This reminded me Question No. 1 of 11th Dec, 2016 of the 'Proficiency Certificate in Management Examination' (NIM NYSC Programme) I wrote, in Subject: 'Business Ethics and Social Responsibility' which I came across thus: (a) To what degree can the government aid whistle-blowers? (b) Should Whistle-blowers be compensated for "telling" on their bosses and firms? (c) Suggest positive term, not mentioned in the case for whistle-blowers? (d) Should all whistle-blowers be treated as heroes?
Interestingly, I know some may view this lounch as 'to inform' while other as a gate of corruption within it's fight or some people may choosed to blow the whistle instead of gathering evidence; which will not help to solved the matter. At first, I call for clear communication, facts and watch your steps before you blow the whistle.
