Teaming youths from Dutsin-ma Local Government Area took to Social Media to commend their Honorable Member, Hon. (Alhaji) Bishir Mamman.
The commendation came after series of developmental projects and humanitarian services he rendered during his first two years of representation.
While showing his gratitude, Malam Aminu Ango Dutsin-ma who is among beneficiaries of employment secured by the Hon. Member at Federal University Dutsin-ma, he was quoted saying "Hon. Bishir is the best thing to happen to Dutsin-ma in the 18 years of Democratic dispensation. He always avail himself at the time needed by his people".
Hon. Bishir Mamman is among the founders of APC after spending lot of time in the restructuring of APP, ANPP and CPC.
